There were no boarding restrictions when I visited on Friday, October 2, 2026. However, an official notice for Saturday, October 3 announced that new uphill admissions for day visitors would close at 9:30 a.m. because of severe congestion and safety concerns. This did not mean that the entire ropeway service was suspended. The operator has also warned of heavy crowds during the October 10–12 holiday weekend. Depending on congestion, uphill ropeway access may be restricted even for visitors who have purchased online tickets in advance. Visitors are encouraged to consider another date where possible.
