Combine thoroughly. -Pour into a lightly greased 8”x8” or 9”x9” baking dish. -Mix 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa together. Sprinkle over batter. -Pour hot water over top - do not stir! -Bake for 40 minutes. Allow to sit for about 15 minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy!
