Yeh Dil Tum Bin Kahin Lagta Nahin was originally sung by Lata Mangeshkar and Mohammed Rafi for the 1968 Bollywood drama film Izzat which was directed by T. prakash Rao. The film score is composed by the musical duo Laxmikant Pyarelal. The lyrics were written by Sahir Ludhianvi. Mohammed Rafi was used as Dharmendra's voice and Manna Dey was used as Mehmood's voice.
