Exploring Circle B Bar in the Dry Season | Trek Ten Trails #7

For our seventh Trek Ten Trails stamp, we head back to Polk County and explore one of Central Florida’s most well-known wildlife areas: Circle B Bar Reserve. Circle B has a reputation for incredible wildlife and bird watching, but we visited in January—and it was DRY. Really dry. 😂 The landscape looked almost completely dormant, but we still managed to see plenty of birds as we made our way through the preserve and searched for our next geocache. Was this the best time of year to visit Circle B? Probably not.
