The holidays are over. Now what? Sustaining your New Habits with Jewish Meditation 🍂 The High Holy Days have passed, the days are growing shorter, and the air is cooling. This is the season to turn inward and cultivate what you began. In this video, we move from Tishrei's outer light into the quieter, deeper work of Cheshvan and Kislev, and use that energy to make your new habits last. In this video you'll learn: 🌱 The descent into autumn: Tishrei, Cheshvan, and Kislev, and what each season asks of us 🌱 The energy of Cheshvan: the tribe of Menashe, the letter Nun (Neemanut, faithfulness), and the themes of letting go, consistency, and humility 🌱 The Menashe Scorecard: a quick 5-statement self-assessment to find your baseline 🌱 Why we meditate: for healing, harmony, higher consciousness, and to serve Hashem with joy 🌱 The Earth Breathing Technique: a grounding practice to release anxiety (inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 6) 🌱 The 6-Step Earth Manifestation Process, from soul vision to daily action: Clarity: choose one area to focus on Purpose: connect your intention to your deeper needs Affirmation: turn future desires into present-tense statements Release: clear the resistance that holds you back Action: pick one small habit to start and one to stop within 24–48 hours Embody: spend 5 minutes a day feeling, seeing, and knowing it already real Your Manifestation Tracker Use the one-page tracker at the end of the video to write down your intention, your purpose, your affirmation, your resistance level, your start and stop habits, and how it feels when it's already real. Pause the video and fill it in as you go. Download the Handout Sustaining New Habits Through Jewish Meditation here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1q... Core affirmation: "I AM faithful to my commitments and practices. I SERVE with humility and grace. I LET GO of what no longer serves me." 💬 Which area will you focus on this season: health, abundance, relationships, sacred work, or spiritual practice?
