London Road, Coventry: Whitefriars Museum To Coventry Charterhouse Priory Of St Anne

Click to subscribe! https://www.youtube.com/c/flaneurc21?... This walk starts off outside Whitefriars Museum just by junction 4 of the ring road. We cross Gulson Road and head down London Road (the A4114), walking past some shops including the Oriental Palace Chinese Restaurant and the excellent Thai Dusit restaurant. Crossing Acacia Avenue, the London Road Cemetery is on the right. Carrying on down London Road, opposite the carriageway entrance to the cemetery, we turn on to Charterhouse Drive, which is now a footpath. We pass All Saints Primary School and a play area in Charterhouse Park, cross the River Sherbourne and finish outside Coventry Charterhouse Priory of St Anne. Unfortunately, the Priory is undergoing restoration so the views of it are not looking great at the moment. At t the end there is some bonus footage of the park. Buy me a coffee!
