Making a NEW shell challenge in The Sims 4! (Streamed 1/10/26)

You cannot delete, move, or change any of the existing walls. 2. You may add interior walls anywhere you want, but you cannot add additional exterior walls 3. You may add roofing, fences, spandrels, platforms, and foundations freely. You cannot replace existing walls with fences or spandrels, but you can add them separately. (Example: You can add a front porch with a fence around it ✅, but you cannot change the existing walls into fences.) 4. You can change the height of the walls. 5. You can move the shell around on the lot, rotate the shell, move the shell to a bigger/smaller lot. 6. You can't add a third floor or a basement. The shell must stay the same, so do not change the pre-existing structure. 6. You can add outside structures, like sheds/pergolas/detached garages. Walls are allowed to be built on the lot as long as they don't touch or modify the shell. 7. You can pretty much do ANYTHING, just please don't change the existing walls!
