यह मंदिर मुरलीधर व्यास कालोनी, से थोड़ा आगे, करमीसर रोड़ पर बायी तरफ स्थित है। वस्तुत: यह मंदिर मुंधड़ा तालाब परिसर जिसे आम बोलचाल की भाषा में संत फूलनाथ जी की बगीची भी कहा जाता है, में स्थित है। इस मंदिर की स्थापना लगभग पांच सौ साल पहले संत फूलनाथ जी द्वारा की गयी थी। यही पर संत फूलनाथ जी ने तपस्या भी की थी इस कारण यह स्थल संत फूलनाथ तपस्थल के रूप में भी प्रसिद्ध है। मंदिर व सम्पूर्ण परिसर का वातावरण आध्यात्मिकता से ओतप्रोत है। पेड़ पौधों के कारण प्रकृति का सान्निध्य पाकर मन प्रसन्न हो जाता है। This temple is located on the left side of Karmisar Road, a little ahead of Murlidhar Vyas Colony. Actually, this temple is situated in the Mundhra Talab complex, which is also known as Sant Phoolnath Ji's Bagichi, in common language. This temple was established about five hundred years ago by Sant Phoolnath Ji. It was here that Sant Phoolnath Ji performed penance, hence this place is also famous as Sant Phoolnath Tapasthal. The atmosphere of the temple and the entire complex is filled with spirituality. The mind becomes happy by being in the proximity of nature due to the trees and plants.
