Rutherford Public School Upgrade

An upgrade at Rutherford Public School to accommodate the growing student community was completed in December 2019. The design of the new areas incorporates flexible learning strategies that support the needs of students, and provide a learning-centric approach to education. A new school library was built and completed in May 2021 to support the future school population. The removal of the old library and the construction of the new library will increase the school’s outdoor playground space and improve supervision of students.
