Our day began with a peaceful visit to Sao Jacinto Island and its beautiful historic church, learning about the local heritage and serene island lifestyle. Afterwards, we headed back into Panjim to explore the charming Latin Quarter of Fontainhas. We stopped by Caravela Cafe to indulge in a delicious, authentic Serradura (Goa’s famous sawdust pudding), followed by a leisurely walking tour through the colorful streets and Portuguese-era architecture of Fontainhas.
