Ingredients Banana - 7 or 8 nos Salt - 1 or 2 tbsp Oil - 1 ltr Method Firstly we have to take unrip bananas Then peel the outer skin of the banana Wash them well and drain, set aside. Slice it into thin round pieces, set aside. Heat oil in a pan Then add sliced banana into hot oil . Then stir occasionally and fry till they become crisp. drain off and set aside. Again repeating the process at other batches Take a small bowl add some salt and water mix them well Finally sprinkle some salt water mix and combine them well.
