Range Rover/BMW L322 Climate Control Fan Noise Buzzing

My 2006 Range Rover HSE was buzzing from the center console. The culprit was the little fan in the climate control panel that pushes air over the temperature sensor. Cleaning out the fan and putting some grease on the bearing reduced the noise somewhat. It did not totally fix the issue.
