How to turn on a laptop with a Power button broken

What we can do when the power button is broken , how to turn on a laptop with the power button is embedded in a defective keyboard, without any knowledge fixing electronics and no way to replace the keyboard by your selves..just turn on Wake Up On LAN.Eventually use a USB keyboard.
