The Event (An EAS Scenario)

I've had this idea in my head for a very, very long time but, hey, I finally finished it! Had a lot of fun making up different styles of Emergency Alerts through time and space. Hopefully I don't cause too many epileptic fits at the end. Really should try to make some shorter ones in the future. Or should I go even longer? Hmmm....
