盆栽の未来を決める植え替え ～大阪松と赤松の根捌き～

今回のWABI CHANNELは、春の植え替えシーズン最後の松の植え替え作業をご紹介します。 企業向けレンタル盆栽として培養されている大阪松、木箱で培養されてきた大型の大阪松、そして長い年月を生き抜いてきた山採りの赤松。 同じ松類でも、その来歴や状態によって植え替えの考え方や作業内容は大きく異なります。 植え付け角度の見直し、根の整理、鉢合わせ、そして培養を見据えた判断の数々。 一見大胆に見える作業の中にも、樹の未来を考えながら進められる繊細な仕事があります。 小林國雄先生のお弟子さんのご協力も得ての大人数での植え替え作業の様子とともに、プロの現場ならではの松の植え替えをご覧ください。 This episode of WABI CHANNEL explores the final pine repotting work of the spring season. Featured are Osaka pine cultivated for corporate rental displays, a large Osaka pine that has spent years growing in a wooden training box, and a collected Japanese red pine that has endured for many years in nature. Even among pines, the approach to repotting and root work can differ greatly depending on each tree's history and condition. Reconsidering planting angles, working and reducing roots, pot pairing, and making cultivation decisions with the future of the tree in mind. What may appear to be bold work at first glance is, in reality, a series of careful decisions made for the tree's future.
