New signal at Avenida De Mesilla and University Ave

Recorded: April 30th, 2026 Small intersection I know, but there's a few things I missed to say: 1. I think these FYALs here are Protected/Permissive so, basically when a car pulls to the light that instantly becomes a green (protective) then goes back to flashing yellow for yielding. 2. The intersection of University and Main is up (as of Aug 24th) and has the same 5 section econolite signals that have this odd phasing, in which the yellow arrow activates when opposite direction is changing to yellow. These (I wonder) could be easily updated to have a flashing yellow on red (right turn and can be yielding as well. I don't know, tell me what you think in the comments! #roadsignals #trafficlight
