Best Catches of 2023

2023 was certainly quite the year, eh? Of course, the big thing that happened this year was CP and KCS merging to form CPKC in April, but I still got quite a few things of my own to brag about, such as getting every active signalized crossing on the CSX S&NA North Sub. filmed this year. I was also able to catch quite a few trains this year, with 87 of them making the cut for this video! There were definitely a bunch of great ones, including 8 different NS and CSX heritage units, 5 of which were leading, and CSX 3194 leading and a BNSF 25th Anniversary unit on NS 72Z. I also managed to catch the TVRM's double-headed Summerville Steam Special excursion this past fall, which was the first Summerville Steam Special to run in years! Of course, there were plenty of other neat trains this year.
