From the cow to ice cream in just a few minutes - that's the "farmhouse ice cream" of Nicole Bacher. Her cows live high up in the Carinthian Nock mountains where the special fresh herbs add to the taste of their milk. While managing her farm traditionally, Nicole becomes very creative when it comes to creating new flavors of ice cream every week. Excerpt from the series "The Alps from above".
