Across Africa, many young people are searching for opportunity, purpose, and sustainable livelihoods.
The Work, Learn and Earn Program (WLEP) in Agroecology by GROW West Africa is empowering young people aged 18–35 with practical skills in agroecology, sustainable agriculture, food production, and entrepreneurship — completely free of charge.
In this video, participants share:
Where they come from
Their dreams and aspirations
What they have learned
How they plan to transform their communities after the program
This is more than a training program.
It is a movement to build resilient food systems, restore the land, and create sustainable livelihoods for Africa’s future generation.
