Partial Work in Advanced Mode | Follow-up Work Order for the Rest | Cloudby Training

Lesson 8, the last lesson of the Cloudby Service module series. In Advanced mode, a partial delivery keeps the rest of the line open. This lesson delivers three of five on the phone, accepts the visit in the office, puts the remaining two on a follow-up work order from the Assign stage, completes the second visit, and reads the result in Review. You will learn: • How to deliver fewer than planned and choose "Done for this visit" • How the office accepts the first visit on its own • How the Assign stage shows a partial line ("Partial, 2 left") and how to assign it to a new work order • How to dispatch the follow-up work order and deliver the rest on the next visit • How Review adds the visits up: planned 5, delivered 5, variance 0 Chapters 0:00 Partial Work (Advanced Mode) 0:04 Welcome 0:32 Deliver three of five 1:26 Accept the first visit 1:53 A second work order for the rest 2:44 Deliver the last two 3:18 Accept and complete 4:04 Recap Prerequisite: Lesson 7 (Partial Work in Simple Mode).
