Questioning an IRS Scammer

Received a call from an unknown number stating they were the IRS and that I owed them money or I would be arrested, sounded fishy so decided to call back and find out the deal.... Well lets just say the IRS doesnt call from verizon and I wasnt actually speaking to the attorney general....
