9/21/26 Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting There are some issues with the sound at different times. We are trying to work out the sound issues, we are only using a cellphone record these meetings. 1. Formal procedures for contacting or engaging the solicitor 2. Policy regarding contacting Supervisors individual when it comes to certain topics including legal matters. 3. Resolutions 2016-17 approving agreement & participation with Southwestern Butler County Council of Governments (COG) agreement with Harmony EMS 4. Move $220,000 from the PLGIT Reserve account to the General Fund 5. Appointing new Parks Committee members 6. Resolution 2016-18 regarding a policy protecting the Federal & State Civil Rights of Individuals 7. Trick or Treat - Saturday Oct 31, 6 - 8 pm 8. Paige Place LOC Phase 1 request for release of funds totaling $401,980.92 9. Reports The intent is to provide an option for interested residents who are unable to attend township meetings to view them at their convenience. This is NOT a professional recording team. Video and sound quality will most likely be substandard. There will be no video editing and the acoustics in the meeting room are poor at best.
