#exumer #deathmaskmessiah #thrashmetal #metalbladerecords #memvonstein #metalobstv -- ENG -- Double thrash slap in this decidedly auspicious back-to-school period for the genre!! This musical trend has seen a great resurgence of interest in recent years, it must be admitted, even if it does not unleash the fury of the 1980's. Simultaneously with the excellent seventeenth opus of the Americans of FLOTSAM AND JETSAM released on 08/28/26 (its singer Eric A.K. in interview on our site https://metalobs.com/flotsam-and-jets... and here on our YouTube channel ‪@metalobsTV‬), now here is also our interview with EXUMER for the promotion of their excellent new bomb Death Mask Messaih (‪@metalbladerecords‬ ) released at the end of August 2026 !! And we were really waiting for this new German explosion as their performance had us, to be polite, at the Motocultor Festival in 2024, notably through the presence of their excellent singer Mem von Stein. And EXUMER saw in 2025 the arrival of a not totally unknown drummer : Jerome Reil, son of Jürgen "Ventor" Reil from the mighty KREATOR... Thanks to Mem for his availability from New York where he has lived for around twenty years !!
