Full of precious stones, golden carpets, fragrant spices and stories from 1001 Nights Fairytales - a journey through Jewish music played by eminent Polish musicians. Between songs in Hebrew, there is also Yiddish, and even Ladino - an old Jewish language spoken by Sephardic Jews. Music fusion is probably the best description of the artists who jointly created this project: Magda Navarrete and Grzech Piotrowski. The melodies of the ancient world intersect in a fascinating way. Where the beginning of flamenco music, where the Jewish melodies of people expelled from Spain grew out with Arabic influences. This is how the Ladino language was created, today it is almost unused; and so did the music of the Sephardim Jews. A new project by vocalist Magda Navarrete created for the needs of the Tygiel Kultur festival - World Orchestra. Magda Navarrete-singing, dancing Grzech Piotrowski - sax Maciej Szczyciński - double bass Marek Fedor - instr. drum Andrzej Lewocki - flamenco guitar Mateusz Pliniewicz - violin Songs and chants that Magda sings in Ladino, Hebrew, Yiddish and Arabic. The Sephardic songs that still smell of old Spain can not be missed, and the ones sung in "Ladino" create a unique atmosphere that the Polish audience can associate with the music of Yasmin Levy or Mor Karbasi.
