54 minutes describing the SuperCook App (smart phone and desktop apps) and how it can be used to stretch your meals until payday. This is done by using the food items you already have in your food pantry and refrigerator and creating meal ideas with just those items. This app is free and can be used as an Independent Life Skills for meal prep etc.
