Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak No Wirebugs - Anomaly Level 255 Great Wroggi (ドスフロギィ) w/ Hammer

I like the sound effects of this hammer a lot. What is No Wirebugs? Basically i don't use them during combat, they make it far too fast, and i just enjoy Rise much more this way. This includes silkbinds, wirefall and monster riding. It's not just No Wirebugs right? Correct! I also don't bring partners nor collect Spiritbirds. I also don't use parries/iframe switch skills (like Water Strike) I also never upgraded armor on this savefile, so i decided to do that too. But why? Wirebugs are so fun! You are not wrong, they are fun. But i prefer to keep Monster Hunter combat simple, and without them, the weapons movesets in Rise are a lot closer to those of 4U and before. You used Wirebugs out of combat!! I do! I don't really mind them for movement outside of combat, i would rather mount the palamute to move around the map, but i'm too lazy to make it sit during combat. "If you are going to ignore mechanics, might as well just play another Monster Hunter game!!!!" I get this a lot (I also play Wilds without focus mode), and i get what they mean, but Rise specifically manages to be a good middle ground between old and new MH when played this way. I also just like Rise's monster movesets a lot. I consider myself a very casual pseudo-speedrunner, but i don't push myself for extremely good times, as long as a hunt feels good, i'm ok with it. This playstyle is basically TA Style + some added rules of my own. I'll mostly be fighting Anomaly Monsters, but i never bothered to get to 300 so they are technically not as hard as they could be. But since i don't upgrade armor and i don't get extra stats from Petalace, they are probably not too far from Special Investigation difficulty.
