First month ever closing: $9,500, tracked on this channel with proof. 2024: Scaled to $30,000 to $40,000 per month closing at 21 years old. from restaurant 9-5er to top 1% income in under a year. 2024: Started filming "Day in the Life" videos of me as a closer and My DMs filled with one question: "how do I get a job like that?" So I started my training and recruitment company, PaidInFull. 2025: Started teaching a small community of setters and closers my process and got them placed onto large offers from my network in the space and got them results quick. Having leverage of so many trained reps under me allowed companies to reach out to me to have us staff train and manage their sales teams.
