Striped Bass Fishing in MAINE. Catch and Cook Grilled Striper.

The Big Fish are in, and we have been catching and releasing a lot of fish over and in the slot limit for keeping (28-31 inches). Video shows some great doubled up action during a quick morning trip. We decided to keep and eat one of 4 fish we caught in the slot limit that day. I go over how to care for the fish to preserve the quality of the meat along with how to clean and cook the fish my favorite way. If fishing for entertainment always take every precaution to ensure the fishes survival. If you do plan to harvest a legal fish make sure to dispatch is quickly and as humanly as possible so it does not suffer unnecessarily.
