How to remove a Honda Civic auxiliary valve

These CVCC engines have an extra intake valve assembly. They are fed by the 3rd barrel of the carb and have their own rocker shaft. I’ve got one that is letting all the compression from cylinder #2 escape and I’m gonna take it out and see if I can fix it.
