Welcome back to FFTM! This week, Hannah closes out her Ecclesiastes series with a solo reflection on chapters 7-12. The episode centers on wisdom, obedience, and remembering God when life feels unclear, anxious, or unfair. In this episode, Hannah walks through the book’s major themes and applies them to everyday decisions, such as work, relationships, and fear of other people’s opinions. She also shares her personal testimony about job changes, spiritual growth, and the importance of community. Key Takeaways: Hannah recaps the end of Ecclesiastes and frames the whole book around one idea: no one knows the future, except God. Trust Him. The past should not become an obsession because every season has a purpose and God is preparing us for what comes next. A call to obedience and courage, especially when other people’s opinions compete with what God has called someone to do. Encouragement for listeners to enjoy life, work wholeheartedly, and live with gratitude. Wisdom is better than strength, wealth, and status. Small foolish choices can damage a lot, but calmness, skill, and gracious speech reflect wisdom. A message about action, consistency, and trust: invest, keep sowing, do not wait for perfect conditions, and remember that God’s work is beyond our control. Learn to trust that God’s stripping away can be part of His protection and redirection. Conclusion of Ecclesiastes: fear God, keep his commandments, and remember your Creator while you are young. What it means to “Fear God”: Knowing Him deeply, obeying Him, and living for His approval instead of other people’s.
