Ocean Club Hotel /Treasure Island Florida What to Do/Eat Nearby with Teens & Pets

We took our nephew (Carsten) to Pet-Friendly Ocean Club Hotel in Treasure Island Florida. Take a look at this place! Normally we take him to places like Disney World or NYC once a year. This year we thought we'd try "less stimulus" now that he's almost 16. Would he be bored? Would there be enough to do? And what about our beloved dogs? We found a pretty solid choice (for families).
