Fitzroy River Eagle Ray Battle

I saw some decent size fish on the sounder so I marked the spot and kept drifting over it, Using my Abu Garcia Rod & Reel 6-10kg Combo with 30lb Panderra Braided Line and 40lb leader, I hooked up on the biggest fish I'd ever caught... It worked me over big time ..after 12 minutes of hard fought batte I got the beast to the Boat... I cut the line as I think I would have been smashed if I had of tried to remove the lure..Berkley 6" soft plastic shad. The Eagle Ray lived to fight another day.
