A Spotlight PEEK-A-BOO Frame for Busy Backgrounds on Cards

Full-pattern backgrounds on cards are beautiful, but sometimes layers get lost in them. Today I am sharing a handmade card using the Waffle Flower Teapot Background from the new Crisp Air Release to create a spotlight frame. By cutting a central window directly out of our cover plate and ink blending the teapots, we get a gorgeous peek-a-boo effect that creates separation but still showcases the background.
