Stop posting your relationship online. Today a couple meets, and 3 days later the announcement is on Facebook, TikTok and even LinkedIn. Then come the couple videos, the trips, the hotels and the day in the life clips. Nobody posts the fights. And when the relationship falls apart, everyone has a front row seat. In this video I talk about why your relationship should stay private, what happens to couples who build their whole relationship on social media, why I would avoid dating someone whose life depends on online attention, and why your children, your fights and your breakups should never be content. This is mainly for men, but it applies to everyone. Social media shows the glitter. It never shows the cost. Not everything in your life needs to be posted. 2. The more of your relationship you put online, the more of your breakup will be online. 3. Social media shows the trips and the hotels. It hides the problems. 4. Fix problems in private, like adults. 5. Children cannot agree to being on the internet. Keep them off it. 6. If someone needs constant online attention, think carefully before you build a life with them. 7. Not everyone watching your relationship wants it to work. This video is for you if you are in a relationship, you are thinking of going public with one, or you have watched a creator couple fall apart online and wondered why. Question for you: do you think couples should post their relationship online? Tell me in the comments.
