Can I Beat Flushed Away Before the Laxative Hits?

So earlier this year I had an idea for an April Fools Video. I wanted to make a "serious scientific" video proving that laxatives should be considered Performance Enhancing Drugs for Speedrunning. The video idea never really got very far, but I did record myself blind racing the GameCube game Flushed Away against ‪@supersquirel18‬ while I was on 4 laxatives.
