Through Bass, Beats & Breath, Tara blends yoga, intentional movement, and carefully curated electronic music into a practice that feels as much like a journey as it does a workout. Rooted in the belief that wellness and rave culture can complement one another, State of Flow encourages people to move with intention, find their flow, and build meaningful connections along the way. With the mantra “Live Well, Rave Well,” State of Flow Yoga creates space for people to prioritize their well-being without leaving the music, movement, and community they love behind. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FOLLOW THE FERALITY: Instagram — The Feral Creatives Pod: [  / theferalcreativespod  ] Instagram — Feral Creatives Kollektiv: [  / feralcreatives.ko  ] Website — Feral Creatives: [https://feralcreatives.com](https://feralcreatives.com) Substack — Feral Creatives Kollektiv: [https://substack.com/@feralcreativesk](https://substack.com/@feralcreativesk) ollektiv YouTube — Subscribe, watch more episodes, and support independent creative media!
