For more than 25 years, the Russian Technical Aerosols Group has been developing and producing modern solutions for construction, automotive, and industrial applications. The Group includes several manufacturing complexes, research centers, and its own facilities for producing packaging and components. Under the AXIOM, KUDO, KERRY, and DONEWELL brands, we produce adhesives and sealants, polyurethane foam, automotive chemicals, coatings, household chemicals, and other technical products. Our production cycle covers every key stage — from developing formulations and preparing raw materials to producing packaging and finished products. The Group’s main production facilities are located in the Moscow Region. The Rusta complex covers an area of more than 312,000 square meters. It has five automated high-speed lines for producing polyurethane foam, as well as five lines for sealants and adhesives. The second key production site is Elf Filling, with an area of more than 33,000 square meters. The facility produces aerosol coatings, automotive chemicals, technical products, and modern one-component and two-component coating systems. It is equipped with seven aerosol production lines, five lines for liquid products, reactors, and a modern coating packaging complex. A large share of the components we use is also produced within the Group. Aerosol cans are manufactured on high-speed automated lines. The whole process — from cutting the metal and forming the can body to inspection and packaging — is part of one integrated production cycle. The Group also produces its own plastic components. Modern equipment and a high level of automation help us maintain high productivity and stable production processes. Robotic systems are used for assembly and other manufacturing operations. Our facilities also have their own tank farms for storing solvents and propellants, with a total capacity of more than 3,000 cubic meters. All production sites operate under a unified quality management system certified to ISO 9001. Quality is controlled at every stage — from incoming raw materials to final product testing. Our Class A warehouse complexes cover more than 40,000 square meters and allow us to process and ship products quickly and efficiently. Research and development is another key area for the Group. Six R&D centers develop new formulations, improve existing products, study raw materials, and create new technological solutions for our main product categories. The Russian Technical Aerosols Group continues to increase localization, modernize its facilities, and expand the use of automation. We also pay close attention to the efficient use of resources. Solvents are recovered and reused in a closed-loop system, while the propellants used in our aerosol products do not harm the ozone layer. But behind all these technologies and production lines are people — specialists who create new products, operate the equipment, and maintain consistent quality.
