Kayak Paddling The Black River/Three Sisters Swamp With The Lumber River Paddlers 8-8-2026

Today my Adventure was kayak paddling the Black River/Three Sisters Swamp in Eastern North Carolina with the Lumber River Paddlers. A total of 11 were in the group. The temperature was up and the water was low. Wind was low and the grasses high and had hidden a lot of the trails through the swamp making finding our way interesting. It was a good adventure and another fun day on the water with some new friends.
