KTM EXC 525 (2005) Rebuild – Episode 5 | FINAL EPISODE 🏁🔥

And just like that… the rebuild is DONE. What started as a rough, tired 2005 KTM EXC 525 ended up becoming one of the biggest projects I’ve taken on. In this final episode, we finish the last details, get everything checked and dialed in, and finally bring the bike to the point where it’s ready to hit the dirt again. This rebuild took around 10 months from start to finish. A lot of that time was spent waiting — waiting for parts, waiting for the engine, and waiting for everything to finally come together. But throughout the whole process, the goal stayed the same: build this bike properly and bring it back to life. Piece by piece, it went from a completely stripped-down frame to a fully rebuilt KTM 525. And now… it’s sitting there ready to rip. 🔥 This bike has been a childhood dream of mine, so seeing the finished result after all the work, waiting, frustration and late nights in the workshop is something pretty special.
