FS25 Rags to Riches Ep 2 $51K SAVED! The Contract Grind Continues

The FS25 Rags to Riches contract grind continues! We're still homeless, still sleeping in our pickup, and still don't own a single field—but we're getting closer to building our first farm. Welcome to Episode 2 of my Farming Simulator 25 Rags to Riches Challenge on Zielonka. After surviving our first month, we wake up in the truck and get straight back to work. Our goal hasn't changed: earn enough money through contracts to purchase our first field by November and finally begin building a farming operation of our own. This month finally brings some cultivating contracts, which means it's time to make another investment and buy our first cultivator. From there, it's another long day of cultivating, fertilizing and taking every profitable job we can find. But there's a problem. Our little John Deere is starting to struggle—especially on the hills. That raises a big question: Did we make a mistake buying the smaller tractor instead of spending another $20–25K on a medium tractor? The bigger machine would make these contracts much easier, but every extra dollar spent delays buying our first land. We're now in September with two months remaining before our November target. The plan is to buy our first field, convert it to grass and eventually move into silage, greenhouses and possibly a small sawmill to start generating serious income. By the end of Episode 2, we've added a cultivator to our growing equipment collection, earned around $26,000 from contracts, and finished with approximately $51,000 in the bank after correcting an accidental loan. We're ahead of our original target and getting much closer to owning our first piece of farmland.
