Dover Traction Elevators @ The Chamber of Commerce Fredericksburg, VA

These were added on, probably in the 80's. Interesting because you don't typically see traction elevators added in. I can take a picture of them later if you want on the outside. Anyways, these probably used to have Traditional. Whether these still serve 5 or not I have no idea.
