MSFS 2020 | Air Ambulance | HEMS East Anglian Air Ambulance Norwich - Rescue Mission!

In this video, you can see a thrilling rescue mission in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (MSFS). We are flying as the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) in the Airbus H145. The mission begins at our base in Norwich, responding to a serious road traffic accident (RTA) just south of the city. Watch as we navigate the local terrain and perform a precision landing near the scene. After the patient is stabilized and loaded, we take off for a high-priority flight to the University Hospital in Great Yarmouth. Disclaimer: Please note that I am not a professional pilot. I fly purely for my own hobby and enjoyment, and I love sharing these simulations with you.
