I gave myself one minute to talk about this… | Day 1.

Day 1 of my one-minute talking series! 🎙️ I’ve been wanting to start something where I can simply sit down, pick a topic, and talk about it for a minute — no overthinking, no trying to make it perfect, just showing up and speaking. So this is the first one. One minute, one topic, and hopefully the beginning of something I can actually stay consistent with. I’m going to try doing this regularly and see where it goes. Maybe the topics will change, maybe the format will evolve, maybe I’ll get back to & get better at writing & talking without overthinking every sentence — but for now, I’m just starting.
