SERIES: Cultivating a Kingdom Mindset for Purpose Week 4: Kingdom Influence – Using Your Purpose to Advance God’s Glory Who does your influence point people toward? Your gifts and opportunities can help you serve people and honor God in everyday places—from your workplace to your business to your online presence. Join Coach Latasha S. Morgan—Certified Christian Life Coach, Certified Professional Life Coach, and Board-Certified Master Christian Mental Health Coach—for Week 4 of Cultivating a Kingdom Mindset for Purpose. In “Kingdom Influence: Using Your Purpose to Advance God’s Glory,” she reflects on our motives, Queen Esther’s courageous decision, and what it means to represent Christ through faithful action. 📖 Scripture Focus • Esther 4:14–16 — Mordecai challenges Esther to consider her place “for such a time as this,” and Esther resolves to approach the king despite the risk. • 2 Corinthians 5:20 — Paul describes believers as ambassadors for Christ. • Matthew 28:19 — Jesus commissions His followers to make disciples. 🔑 In This Episode • Examine your motive: Are you seeking applause, or are you using your influence to direct attention to God’s work? • Learn from Esther: Courage may ask you to take a costly step for the sake of others. • Serve with discernment: Pray over your commitments and set wise boundaries where guilt or people-pleasing has crowded out your priorities. • Represent Christ consistently: Let your conduct at work, in business, and online reflect the character you profess. • Keep serving with care: Fatigue deserves attention, rest, and support; it can also be a reason to review how your commitments fit your calling. ⏱️ Episode Guide 00:15 Welcome and series check-in 00:41 Kingdom influence and God’s glory 01:17 Kingdom influence and the question of applause 02:14 Using your gifts for God’s glory 03:37 Esther’s courageous decision 05:01 Activating influence through service and discipleship 06:51 Reviewing commitments and guarding your assignment 08:02 Living as an ambassador for Christ 09:07 The Pure Motive Challenge 📝 This Week’s Pure Motive Challenge Review one current commitment: Why did you say yes, and can you serve in it well?
