Я купил недостроенный дом… Вот где мы сейчас находимся (обновление информации о ходе работ)

When I bought this partially completed new construction home, I quickly realized it wasn’t as turnkey as it looked. After getting it inspected, we uncovered multiple issues left behind by the previous builder that had to be corrected before moving forward. In this video I walk you through: The defects we found after purchasing the property The corrections we had to make to get it back on track Where we are now in the build process Drywall progress and finishing stages What’s next as we move into trim and paint This is a perfect example of why you can’t blindly trust unfinished construction—and why having the right team and knowledge matters. I’m a licensed GC building and investing in real estate, and I document these projects so you can see the real process behind new construction and investing.
