Game 4 for UTRGV Football was a return to what we as fans are accustomed to. After an uncharacteristic loss to Nicholls in game 3, UTRGV bounced back at home. The Vaqueros avoided their first back to back conference loss. The Vaquero Up crew with Tony, Fabian, and Ben each gives their opinion on what this game meant, and what we can expect moving forward. UTRGV has a bye week this week where they will rest their players and get a few personnel issued sorted out. Garret Rangel who started 3 of the last 4 games went down with an apparent arm injury after just 2 offensive possessions. Aidan Jakobsohn stepped up to the challenge and led the Vaqueros in impressive fashion. He went 10 for 20 with 1 passing TD and 2 rushing TDS. We are now 2-2 for the season.
