Damin: The Last Town Before the Tibet Border | KS25 Expedition Begins

Every great expedition begins with a road, a dream and a team determined to keep moving. This is Episode 1 of the KS25 journey—our first step towards the breathtaking trails of Lutin-La Pass, Bomela Pass and Yabik Pass. Our journey began in Itanagar. From the beautiful Hoj Waterfall, we travelled through Potin, Yazali, Chully, Joram, Palin, Sangram, Yangte, Koloriang and Sarli, before finally reaching Damin. Along the way, every place offered a new view, a different feeling and another memory to carry with us. Waterfalls, mountain roads, greenery and cinematic landscapes made the long journey feel special. But this was not an easy beginning. The roads tested our patience, the drive demanded our full attention, and one moment brought our vehicle dangerously close to an accident. It was a frightening experience, but by God’s grace, our team remained safe. Even after facing that difficult moment, we did not give up on the journey or the dream that brought us together. This expedition means a lot to KS25. We planned for it, worked for it and put our time, effort and resources into making it happen. The road gave us unexpected challenges, but it also gave us beautiful memories, teamwork and the courage to continue. After a long and tiring drive, we finally reached Damin—carrying the excitement of the adventure still ahead. This episode is only the beginning. The trek to Lutin-La Pass, Bomela Pass and Yabik Pass is waiting for us, with more breathtaking scenery, challenges and unforgettable moments to come.
