Eco worthy 314 AH does not connect to my SE3 after 21 days

This is a video Per request of Eco Worthy. Showing them that their batteries will not connect to my SE3 After they Updated their application. They connected before But they do not connect now. There's a problem with their application. I paid an extra $100 per battery. So I can monitor my batteries when I need to monitor them.
