[Impossible] - "Empyrean" with Frame Windows Counter

Empyrean is a kind of old ILL level created by famed ILL player Septagon7, and Koopi, an old level creator. This level actually used to be the hardest ILL level, dethroning Crimson World on August 15th 2019. Similarly to Crimson World, it has a super impossible last wave, which really takes the level a notch above Crimson World, being at the very end, and with a lot of really impossible gameplay also being before it, whereas in Crimson World, the wave part has been reached. The current WR is 22% by Spajk1234, very respectable but certainly can be pushed a lot. I do imagine it's pretty bad to play though lmao, the ships aren't to be underestimated at all. Overall really cool level I'd gotten requested several times before. ID: 66423298 Song: Forsaken Neon - Dimrain47 Creator: SeptaGon7, Koopi
