MOST OP KARLACH Build Patch 8 - Baldur's Gate 3

Using the new subclass in patch 8, here is the MOST OP KARLACH Build for Patch 8 in Baldur's Gate 3. Karlach is a barbarian, and big Karlach is even more fun. Multiclassing a couple things here we can kick twice per turn, and get some extra powerful attacks and counterattacks via riposte. This is quite strong, but we can also make it very tanky. Impossible to take out!
